Organizing Committee has made a preliminary reservation for the conference participants in the hotels listed below. If you choose to stay in one of these hotels, please contact the hotel directly to check availability and reserve a room for you (see reservation deadlines below). When making the reservation, use the conference code PEC 2023 to associate your reservation with our pre-booking.  All cancellation policies and conditions are set directly by each hotel.

Please take into account that the price for Nawojka and Żaczek Hotels does not include breakfast, and they are located in the city. Therefore, you will need to commute to reach the Campus UJ where the conference takes place.

The price for Campanile Hotel includes breakfast and is next to the Campus UJ where the conference takes place.

Kraków is a popular tourist destination, thus there are multiple accommodation options available from dorms (100--150 PLN per night), through a range of regular hotels and apartments (200–400 PLN per night), to luxury hotels and apartments (up to a 2 000 PLN per night). You can use general accommodation websites such as Booking.com, KAYAK or trivago. Please feel free to explore other booking services or book at the hotel of your choice directly.
